Lovely vacation home with sea views from the top of charming Sandvig and close to a cycle and footpath that leads directly down to the Allinge-Sandvig area.



The house is bright and modernly furnished. The centerpiece is the tastefully decorated living room with attractive furniture, a large flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove. You will spend many cozy moments here. The bathroom has underfloor heating. There is a washing machine in the cellar.



A large part of the house is surrounded by a terrace with a covered and open area, various garden furniture - including sun loungers for sunbathing - a parasol and a barbecue for delicious grilled dishes. There is plenty of space to play and run around in the garden, and the children are sure to love the swings. The house has a Solar Venti solar system.



The house is located in a cul-de-sac, which offers sea views, beautiful nature and tranquillity. The beautiful, child-friendly sandy beach is only 500 meters away. If you prefer to swim from the rocks, you will find diving opportunities the same distance south of Sandvig harbor. At the harbor and in the village there are several cafés and restaurants offering gourmet experiences, drinks, coffee and ice cream.

Nearby is the beautiful Hammeren nature reserve, where you can go on lovely walks. In addition, some of Bornholm's most important sights such as Jon's Chapel, the Hammershus castle ruins, the Bornholm Art Museum, charming Gudhjem and much more are within easy reach.
