"Nice room but some amenities were not working"

"Wir waren zwei Tage über das Hafenfest in der Wohnung und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Kaffee, Zucker, Tee, Duschgel und Haarshampoo, Lotion, das haben wir zum ersten Mal so erlebt. Das war natürlich sehr hilfreich. Das Badezimmer könnte einen Tick größer sein, aber für zwei Nächte war auch das kein Problem. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles, wir können die Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen!"

"I checked in on 4/26/26 ( Saturday ) my room was never cleaned until 5/2/26 ( Sunday) as I questioned the front desk why on 5/1 /26. I was told the “ apartment” is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week on Tuesday and Friday . First I was told 5/1 was public holiday, cleaning service was off. But I was cleaning lady was cleaning the room cross hallway from me and another leaning lady was cleaning a room in another section of the hallway. Another thing when I came back on 5/1 evening, my room light were on which I turned off when I left in the morning."

"We had an excellent stay with Hamburg Boats and truly did not want to leave.Mareijke was wonderful to work with and was immediately available whenever we had a question. She was an exceptional host from start to finish. The houseboat was clean, warm, and incredibly fun to stay on, and the view was absolutely incredible. We loved watching swans and ducks swim by, and the scenery was genuinely breathtaking.The location was very convenient and easily accessible to the city, with parking available right out front, which made everything simple and stress free. Mareijke’s instructions were clear, detailed, and easy to follow, making the entire experience seamless.This was a truly special stay, and we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hamburg."
