On the negative side, the bed lamps are ineffective with a very small bulb pointing upwards that could not be adjusted without risk of damage. I would prefer to see dedicated recycling bins in the rooms instead of an instruction to place recyclable items on the table, which I suspect may not be followed by everyone. "I don't normally leave reviews, but can't let this pass. Poor up keep was apparent from the ill fitting curtains and power socket. But really appalling was the lack of hygiene. I found little fly-like bugs in both single beds. Not wanting company for the night I checked out early. I have tried reaching out to the hotel via telephone, email, and hotels.com chat but yet to hear back from them. Perhaps I shouldn’t be surprised about their lack of customer support. "
