" check in clerk was moody and very unpleasant. but manage and cleaning lady's super nice . so sad the the actual front people had bad attitude like they wore doing me a favor to even speck with me "
"Nice, newer property. But so close to freeway that there are free earplugs on the bedstand. Traffic on 99 is horrendous and noisy.
Very nice breakfast.
Special call-out for walk-in shower as opposed to tub/shower combo (see my other posts).
Much nicer, easier to navigate, and safer for seniors!"
"Check in was smooth and rooms were nice, minus the toilet that stopped flushing at one point but front desk was quick to come fix it but they did leave shoe prints on the bathroom floor that I had to wipe off with a towel. The pool and hot tub was disappointingly not working. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, lots of options to choose from"
"I booked for two nights me and my coworker noticed the a/c wasn’t working properly. I informed the front desk what he offered was we could stay in that room the first night and change rooms the following morning or a refund and for us to checkout because he didn’t have anymore rooms to accommodate us. I told him we needed the room because there aren’t many options in the area on a Saturday and he said ok we will just switch you to another room tomorrow and discount you for today. Hotels.com asked for a “check in” review the first night which I gave an HONEST review and the front desk didn’t like it. So the following morning instead of moving us to another room he told us to checkout due to the review I sent to hotels.com. He didn’t discount us for the first night he just told us to checkout. Very unprofessional and honestly the worst night I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. A/c never worked for us, roaches in the bathroom, rats in the parking lot and an unprofessional front desk I wouldn’t recommend."
"Holes in the walls, no where to hang clothes, hair in the shower, the bed was so hard. No comforter on the bed just plain sheets. Floor was squeaky. Not a good experience all. We had to choice but to stay there. Won't go back again"
