"Wonderful stay this hotel with it's amazing staff never fails _ as a guest one is felt like a guest not just a number that is sadly rare now these days so we have stayed at this hotel every time that we drive over __ (use the Fishguard ferry ,+ 240 mile by car to catch the ferry ) so The Heritage is always a MUST stay at hotel while on our road trip ."

"Superb hotel, wonderful staff. Spacious, comfortable room. Excellent food in both Terrace Bar and Ivy Brasserie. Our room (416) had a Juliet balcony overlooking the gardens. Quiet and private. Being picky, I would say the room was a bit dark and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was too high up for doing makeup ( aimed at someone 6’4” at least!)"

"There were 2 heaters in the room, one in the bathroom and one in the main room. You can turn the one in the main room off (which set 2 feet from the bed) but you cannot turn the one in the bathroom off. It is pre-programmed to come on for a hour and off for two hours. We were originally booked in the main building in a beautiful room, unfortunately it was on the 2nd floor and I had hurt myself our first night in Ireland and could not climb that many stairs and there is no lift. The staff moved us to another room across the courtyard. Which I was grateful for. The food was excellent and the staff took very good care of us. Would we stay here again? Yes."

"Our 2 night stay was very relaxing. The check in staff were really friendly and very helpful. Our room was large with all mod cons. Really enjoyed the breakfast and that 11am finish was relaxed. Bar was nice with friendly staff, choice of food on menu could be improved adding more vegetables on the side. The hotel was really close and walkable to Naas town centre."
