About this property

In Provence near the Luberon. Contemporary house with private heated pool

  • Alleins is a peaceful Provencal village in which to stroll near the fountains or in the shaded streets. It is located at the foot of a lovely hill and overlooks the Durance valley, facing the Luberon. Near the Alpilles and 2 minutes from the International Golf of Pont Royal.

    THE HOUSE

    We offer a contemporary house, loft style, of 160m2 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people.

    EQUIPMENT

    The house is air conditioned, the contemporary decoration is neat and the kitchen is fully equipped. The garden is adorned with a Balinese pool of 5m x 2m. The pool, secured by an alarm, can be heated from April to October.

    THE PARKING

    Two secure parking spaces are reserved for you.

    Located at the entrance of the village. The house and its private swimming pool are completely independent.
