"The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at...

"Amazing stay. My mom wanted to stay in a castle on our trip to Europe and the Chateau delivered. We felt so pampered. Turn down service in the evening, beautiful peaceful grounds, an amazing restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The bar was wonderful, and my mom and I had a lovely conversation with the bar manager who had just been hired. He was great and made delicious cocktails!
