"Situation magnifique à 5 min à pied du centre du village avec une vue grandiose sur toute la région. Jardin bien ombragé avec 2 terrasses et bien aménagé. Maison bien agréable, mais une chambre mentionnée est une mezzanine sur le salon, donc pas vraiment indépendante. Quelques petits soucis : pas de wifi ( Abritel va nous rembourser un montant, mais encore rien reçu), sécurité et pompe piscine défectueuses, des poignées de porte et fenêtre abimées... Cette magnifique demeure mériterait quelques...

"We loved our stay at this property. It was a special family time for us and we enjoyed it immensely. The house and pool and gardens were charming and perfect. It was very easy to use the kitchen and bathroom. The owner is wonderful and he took us on a bee keeping expedition to see his hives, which was an absolute highlight for us. I recommend this property most highly."

"Location correspond parfaitement au descriptif, idéal pour être au calme après les visites nombreuses à faire autour et silencieux, très bien agencée et pratique, et bien sécurisé pour des enfants ou des animaux. Accueil très chaleureux sans être envahissant. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter (mais nous changeons souvent de région). Nous recommandons pour des familles cherchant le calme tout en étant proche de possibilités de visites."

"My wife and I stayed here with a 10 month boy as our first holiday. The villa is an excellent space and in great condition. The pool and garden area are brilliant and meant we could real relax at the property and not always need to go out. Vincent and Maud were great hosted with quick communication before and during our stay. Highly recommend."

"Wir (2 Familien) wurden von der Gastgeberin, die direkt nebenan im eigenen Haus lebt, sehr nett begrüßt und es wurde uns alles gezeigt/erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, in 2 von 4 Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, somit lässt sich das Haus auch bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur gut kühlen. Die 3 Bäder und separaten Toiletten sind neuwertig, insgesamt entspricht die Beschreibung sehr gut der Realität. Ein Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad/WC befindet sich außerhalb des Haupthauses...

"Nous nous sommes laissés porter par cette magnifique villa et sa piscine. Paradis pour les grands enfants que nous sommes et les petits qui nous accompagnaient. Propriétaire au top! Alain et Patricia sont aux petits soins. Un grand merci à tout le monde."

"Hallo! Mit großer Vorfreude haben wir uns Grane ausgewählt, da es die Möglichkeit gibt, ein Abendessen zu bestellen. Diese wurde komplett abgesagt, wegen Personalmangel. Es wäre ehrlicher gewesen, vor Buchung darüber zu informieren. Die WOMO Gäste sind auch mit dieser Erwartung angereist. Man kann im eigenen Hofladen, welcher hervorragend ist, einkaufen und selbst kochen. Unser Chalet lag ca 500 außerhalb ... Leider war das Schwimmbad unbenutzbar, da das Wasser grün verfärbt ist. Sehr schade, da...

"This villa is in a quiet corner of the village of Lavilledieu, yet is convenient for all the Ardeche has to offer. All the rooms are on one floor, and in particular include a large conservatory which opens fully into a small patio which is ideal for eating out. The hosts are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. In fact my son was lent a bike to explore part of the countryside at no cost! The pool is also very inviting."

"My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks just enjoying the sun and the silence. Amazingly hot even in September!! The villa is certainly peaceful but all is on hand nearby for everyday living. The fact there was no WiFi (which is not Alains fault) did cause us problems and we wish we had been warned before we left so we could have compensated. The phone signal for our English phones wasn't brilliant which didn't help. The outdoor kitchen is delightful. The two cats that frequented everyday would be...

"Très bon séjour en famille pour le nouvel an"

"Super séjour à Pont Saint-Esprit. La maison était fantastique, la vue imprenable et la localisation parfaite. La piscine a été d'un grand secours lors des chaudes journée. La propriétaire a été très accommodante et nous a même permis d'arrivé plus tôt pour nous permettre de faire notre télétravail. L'internet était très rapide (470Mbps). Somme tout, de très belle vacance."

"House was terrible to find. Map the host sent us was unreadable. If we had typed in 'caravan lagorce' in our GPS we shoupdn't have had any problem. But that was our only bad remark: everything else was great."
