"These are essentially glamping pods. They are so nicely designed and decorated. Very cozy. They even had face clothes, the only hotel on the entire trip that did. I have learned to pack my own for trips to the UK. The only downside was that we had to park in a car park and walk up a hillside on uneven gravel to reach the unit. They took our luggage up in a golf cart. But they wouldn't offer a ride to us. As seniors, it was a bit of a drawback for us."

"We had a fantastic stay at Taigh Duitseach in April 2024. Checking in was very easy, the property was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exceptional and lovingly cooked in front of us by Jim and Paulline who were very kind and welcoming. "My wife and I spent 3 nights at Hugh's Highland Hideaway as the centerpiece of our 12 day Scotland vacation. What rare a special place.
