The Church of Peace in Swidnica is one of three monuments in the Lower Silesia in the UNESCO‘s World Cultural Heritage list and, together with the Church of Peace in Jawor, the largest timber-framed religious building in Europe. The Church was built in the former Silesia in the mid-17th century, amid the religious strife that followed the Peace of Westphalia.
