"We loved the room and outlook. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom facilities excellent. Spacious enough for the grandies to visit! The welcome gift for my birthday was lovely.
What could be improved (in our opinion) -
the airconditioning control was confusing and not as warm as we would have liked.
lack of a central light in the bed/ sitting area.
power points for our bedside CPAP machines were behind the bed. We didn't discover this until checkout and had to use an extension cord from the little kitchenette.
more black tea varieties would be appreciated - eg earl grey and a strong breakfast tea.
bowls and spoons so we could organise simple breakfasts like cereal. We found the Union Kitchen unsatisfactory and the coffee was cold and bitter.
a microwave would also be useful for hot snacks or reheating takeaways.
