Glamorous Regal Design Home with Private Patio and Garage

This sophisticated townhouse boasts a cozy living room with fireplace, boutique furnishings & decor, & access to many amenities including an outdoor pool, spa, park, children’s playground and recreation facilities. Parking is in your private garage.
Great news, the pool and spa area are now fully open!

This is a one-of-a-kind property fully remodeled in the complex with an enormous Park of 3 acres a complete children's playground with lots of equipment, Heated pool and Jacuzzi/spa lots of parking, and garage.

We are always available to our guest via text or phone. We have in addition to myself and my husband a house manager and handyman/contractor -can fix anything -who live 10 minutes away.

The neighborhood is located just an eight-minute drive away from Laguna Beach. The property is nestled in a beautiful green area surrounded by walking and equestrian trails, a five acre lawn, playground, basketball court, pool/spa & wonderful neighbors.

We have a parking garage dedicated for one car and there is also free uncovered parking right out front.

To book you must be at least 22 years old. This is a quiet Community with neighbors Close by. Please be respectful of the serene environment at all times. The spa/Jacuzzi is always heated, pool is heated April 1 through October 1.

Great Location

Our stay at Glamouros Regal Design was all we could have hoped for. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything from shampoos and soaps to coffee. There was nothing that we felt was missing. It was a great location for our needs. Will definitely return. Thank you Sandy & Terry

Great Location

I really loved the location of this property! There’s a small park and field just steps away. The pool and spa are right across the street, and it’s just minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations

What a wonderful home! Everything was immaculate and it was so inviting. I will recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in Orange County. It is centrally located and only about a 20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to explore. Our hosts were extremely responsive and attentive. The house was fully stocked with all necessary dishes, towels, and toiletries. I was also impressed with the toddler books and dishes! Should you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Laguna Hills Family Staycation

This is a lovely home, clean, with darling decorations. The site is a in a great location with a beautiful pool and nice playground. Our hostess provided little amenities that made it feel like home. Thank you for a great experience!

Lovely get away

This place is a true gem. Fully stocked with everything you need and more. Sandy is an excellent host. The home is immaculate and has a lovely patio outside. We used the pool on a number of occasions and had it to our selves. We enjoyed the trails and the fact we could walk to resturants. The many beaches are a short drive. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return.

Time Away!

Wonderful all around!

We loved our stay at Laguna Hills! Everything about it was great - super clean, well equipped, and a fabulous location. Communication with Sandy was VERY prompt - always appreciated by a renter. We encountered no issues at all but I have no doubt that anything that HAD come up would have been handled immediately. We highly recommend and will return if we are in the area again.

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable

We stayed at the condo while visiting my son and his wife in Irvine. I'm a light sleeper so the quiet was welcome. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed in that room was very comfortable. The home was well furnished and clean, and we truly appreciated the paper goods and toiletries. We had one issue, and it was addressed immediately. We also took advantage of the Fire TV, watching a very fun Netflix movie. The location was also wonderful. We went to the beach twice (again, very much appreciated the available beach towels and umbrella). There were lots of restaurants and shopping places close by. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Family Stay

Our stay went very smoothly! Our family enjoyed the location near everything and very beautiful towns around. My children enjoyed the community pool a lot, and was right across the unit! The playground area was perfect too. Terry was great with communication and we felt comfortable during our stay!

Wonderful California Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Condo. The accommodations were excellent and the owner was very friendly and super to work with during our stay. The Condo was fully stocked with supplies for cooking, dining, bedding, and bathing. It was also a great area for the things we wanted do; biking on the trails, trips to the beaches, walking our dogs in the park nearby, and shopping. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful.
