Appreciation for Grace

"While there were areas in need of improvement, Im going 5 star for the simple fact of the grace I was given as last minute during our pool dip, I found out I had left my wallet at the Ihop up the street. Money, ID, cc, everything was GONE. Kudos to Ihop for getting it all back to me safely. But huge thankyou to the Hotel ftont desk staff for understanding the chaos as we checked out about 45 min late and recieved absolutely NO harassment about our timing. The house keeping staff was polite and the attendents in the mini store on site were helpful. The lifegards on duty were great and we will definitely stay again. "

"Excellent customer service. Rooms were super clean. Water fill station in lobby. The best is it is right across the street from Disneyland! Walkable in minutes. Highly recommended. Would stay again. There were 2 adults and 3 kids in our party and we made it work."
