"The inn was a great place to stop and an ideal place to stay if you have a car to explore the centre and south of the island. The room was well appointed and well maintained with a coffee machine and comfortable bed. The views out over the bay and hills nearby from the balcony was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy just to the side of the Inn and wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was an additional 12 euros and used excellent locally source items, continental but with fried or scrambled eggs and fresh bread. We stayed just out of season and the evening menu seemed very reduced which was understandable, mainly stews but we found the village a 13 minute drive away had a larger choice if required. I’d have liked more simpler choice for breakfast of just possibly an omelette or smiliar rather than the full platter. We made it our mission to try to get a 2nd cup of coffee at breakfast which always seemed an effort. A great option to stay in a beautiful part of Rhodes "

"We stayed in this accommodation 18 years ago and it has been totally transformed now. Very clean and fresh. Nicely situated but the chickens next door woke us at 4am. We were there early from the ferry but were allowed to leave our bags there before check in. "

" The location of the house and its facilities were great. Being 5 meters from the pool and 20 meters from the sea gives indescribable freedom and happiness. We had a perfect holiday as 12 adults and 2 children. It was extremely nice to have a bathroom, WC and air conditioning in every room of the house. Having a constant sweet breeze was also very good in not feeling the heat. It's a place I would visit again if I had the chance and I would definitely recommend it."

"We had a fantastic holiday. The villa was perfect, it is set on a hillside just above Kiotari but close to the local restaurants, and shops. A car is needed, you can walk from the villa but if it’s hot the walk back up to the villa isnt the best. The villa has everything you need and the pool is a good size. Set on the hillside there was often a welcome breeze. Maria was very helpful providing lots of useful local recommendations for restaurants. We went to the bakery in Gennadi every morning to get croissants and pain au chocolates and sit with a coffee watching the locals go about their morning, Such a relaxing holiday. Beaches are stoney but not crowded and at times you felt like you had the beach to yourself. "

"Gennadi is a perfect greek village with plenty of good restaurants to eat out in; we enjoyed our stay and would go back again. The villa we had was good all round, the pool was a real highlight and we wouldn't be without it. The 100m or so walk along the main road to the village has no footway so didn't feel completely safe when walking along with our 6 year old child. The villa has steep staircase to the upper floor which means it wouldn't be suitable for young children of those with impaired mobility/have trouble climbing stairs. Bearing this in mind, we would highly recommend Gennadi and the Villa, and we thank Dimitri for all his help with our arrangements and his warm hospitality. "

"We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation and would not have given it any stars if possible. Booked here for the last 2 nights on the island as near the airport and thought it would be treat. (Superior Family Room). The hotel looks very nice walking in, but when we got into our room we were in for a shock, it was like some third world accommodation, nothing like the photos on website. Dirty, mouldy, paint flaking, very dated old tatty furniture, tv not working, stained curtains, no cushions on garden furniture, no wifi in room, mattress so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom smelled very mouldy and we had nobody clean our room the 2 days we were there. Complained but got nowhere, wanted to check out, but refund refused. Spend a lot of money on very basic accommodation, who gave this place 5 star rating is beyond me. Fully aware that a 5 star in Greece is not quite the same, but this hotel is totally mis-advertised."

"The location of Villa Liam is perfect. The stunning sea views and pool were picture postcard perfect. It is only 20 mins from the airport and within 5-10 mins drive of wonderful restaurants and a supermarket offering the essentials. Inside the villa is well equipped and all the en-suite bedrooms are functional. There is a ground floor bedroom which was perfect for our elderly parents. A few very small additions would have made the stay a bit more convenient/ comfortable: a) a small welcome pack of basic provisions to get started. We arrived at the villa around 9.30pm after a very long day of travelling. Basic tea, coffee, milk would have been very appreciated. b) Other than utensils, cutlery and crockery, the kitchen was bare. Salt, pepper, herbs etc would be basic things to include with self catering accommodation. c) Bathrooms only had an all in one shampoo/body wash. Hand soap was only provided in the kitchen. I would class Villa Liam as premium, both in terms of the accommodation and the pricing, therefore these are little suggestions to improve the basic offering. However none of these stopped us having a wonderful week with family in the most stunning of settings. "

You are marvelous and I don’t know where you get all your energy. Thank you for everything. We are all packed up and tidied up and we have taken out all the garbage and put the wet pool towels in the utility room. my granddaughters and daughter are packing last-minute things and then we will load up our car and go so thank you for everything again and will be back to see you because my husband wants to come over with myself and some friends so we’ll make arrangements for next summer to see you again thank you.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💛Best location,best guest care"
