VIEWS BEACH, 300m BEACH

This cozy 1 bedroom apartment is located in the Playa de San Juan de Alicante, 3 minutes walk from the beach and 3 minutes walk from the golf course. It has a comfortable lounge with TV, and fully equipped kitchen. A twin bedroom, living room with 2 sofa bed and a bathroom. From the living room and access to a wide terrace overlooking the pool and the sea, from which you can admire the sunrise over the sea.
Parking available.
The complex has gardens with private pool, a children's play area.

THE HISTORICAL CENTER. Only you have to take the tram located 30 meters from the complex and in a few minutes in estaras. You will be in a quiet area and will not need the car to get Alicante.

SUPERMARKET. 300metros just two big supermarket open from 9:00 to 21:30 from Monday to Saturday where you can buy anything you want even meat and fish.

Perfect stay
Very nice and quiet flat with amazing views. Great communication links to city as there is a tram line and bus stop literally outside the property. A very nice park is 1 minute away. Landlord is great, she makes sure you have everything you need. All in all, 5/5, would definitely come back :)
