"It was great, we booked for 2 nights so we could check-in at 6am and check out at 5pm the same day as we needed to drop our daughter at Alicante Airport early but our flight wasn’t until the evening. We had a great sleep for a few hours, got up and had an ample breakfast. Went back to the room to do some work then went up to the pool for the afternoon (and had a nice lunch beside the pool) before returning to the room to shower before leaving for the Airport"

"¡Hotel excelente! Ubicación perfecta, en el corazón de Santa Cruz, muy cerca de la playa y de todo en el centro — se puede ir a pie a cualquier lugar. Limpieza impecable y ambiente muy agradable. Destaco el rooftop, con una vista preciosa, y a Daniel, que nos atendió muy bien. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente, volveríamos sin duda!"

"A great hotel in the heart of the city, a stones throw away from the beach and a short walk to the most of the best places in the city. The room was exactly what was needed, however I did have a few issues with the AC and the over head fan, there was no rhyme or reason if and how it was going to word, sometimes the AC would would turn on, sometimes the the over head fan would turn on and sometimes neither would work. Not the best when the external temp was hitting 35+. Also one of the reason why I wanted to use this hotel over others was that it had a pool, however on arrival it wasn't made clear that the room I had booked didn't grant me pool access, which was a bit of a downer, but sea was warm enough to swim in without any issues, just had to deal with bringing sand back to the hotel every time I went for a swim. The staff were amazingly friendly, and for somebody with limited at best Spanish having somebody who could speak English was a big help. Also as far as I could see everything was disabled friendly too, Lift into lobby, then lift up to rooms. I would stay again :)"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very stylish and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and made us feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is a bit small but it is good for a cardio workout and maintaining your routine while on holiday. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to tram and buses and you can explore Alicante very easily on foot as well. We were able to leave our luggage in a locker before checking in and after checking out as well which was very convenient. We highly recommend it. Thank you!"

"Fabulous hotel, really comfortable and am ideal location, breakfast was expensive but lots to choose from of you do decide to take it, staff are amazing, the hotel has really nice rooms, the only drawback is if you are on floor 10 or 11 lifts get bisy"
