Wonderful apartment with 1 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. It is a comfortable apartment, located in an ideal area to be quiet, alone, with family, friends or as a couple.

It has a terrace, an American kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery,
kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle. In addition, the accommodation has a television, iron, WIFI internet access, hairdryer, air conditioning with heat pump throughout the accommodation and everything necessary to enjoy a good stay.

The apartment is located in a residential complex with a communal pool, elevator in the block, assigned parking space and large promenade areas.

10 minutes from Alicante International Airport and 10 minutes from Alicante city center, it has the wonderful Urbanova Beach 2 km away, you also have beautiful restaurants in Urbanova Beach, Moments is a cafeteria-restaurant that we recommend, facing the sea.
You will surely enjoy your stay.

Para 4 personas no esta bien...
Para empezar cuando llegamos al piso llegábamos de la playa y nos teníamos que duchar mis 3 amigas y yo.. con lo cual la primera se ducha con agua caliente y la segunda con agua templada y las otras dos con agua fría.. el calentador de agua no esta bien para poder ducharse 4 personas cómodamente.. En la cocina faltaban bandejas de horno, el extractor no funcionaba. En el sofá cama no venia ni con edredones ni almohadas para poder dormir las otras 2 personas. Si sois un grupo de 4 no recomiendo este piso ya que las funciones no son las necesarias.. para 2 esta bien pero para 4 no.
