ANOTHER RELAXING STAY

The property has everything you need, like home from home. It is also very quiet. A shop, restaurants and bars, the beach and promenade are less than 100 metres away. The beach has lifeguards and plenty for children to enjoy.

QUIET AND RELAXING

The property has everything you could need. It is also a very short walk to the promenade, beach, supermarket and restaurants. We had a fabulous stay.

HOME FROM HOME

All home amenities were available making the apartment the perfect self catering stay. It was also very quiet, ensuring a very relaxing holiday. The local shop was less than 100 metres away and well stocked. The beach and promenade were also less than 100 metres away with plenty going on for all age ranges. There were also lifeguards. A good choice of restaurants and cafés for breakfast, lunch and dinner were scattered along the promenade too, all with friendly staff. For those of a more daring nature Urbanova has a long, beautiful naturist beach 250 metres from the apartment but separate to the main beach.

Welcoming and comfortable apartment, immaculately clean, short of nothing.

The owner, Antonia, was most helpful and prompt in the booking process. She met us at the airport even though it was quite late when we arrived. She then drove us to the apartment, having shown us the nearest shop, restaurant, bus stop and beach first.( all very close, within a 100 yards) We arrived to a very warm welcome, Antonia had generously stocked the fridge with snacks and essentials including a bottle of wine and a lovely bowl of fruit! She contacted us by text the next day to make sure everything was O K and check if we needed anything. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The area is very peaceful despite its proximity to the airport. The vibrant centre of Alicante is a short bus ride away if you choose not to hire a car. We also used the tram from Alicante to explore a bit further up the coast.( all public transport is very cheap.) The weather was a wonderful bonus, so sunny and warm for February. Many Thanks Antonia for such warm hospitality

Estuvimos una semana en este magnífico apartamento muy bien. Es muy acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para hacernos la estancia agradable. Antonia es encantadora y pendiente por si nos faltaba algo. El detalle del agua fresca y la fruta, genial.Es muy recomendable. Si volvemos por la zona, repetiremos.

UNAS VACACIONES MUY TRANQUILAS EN UN APARTAMENTO MUY ACOGEDOR Y CÓMODO

Hemos estado de vacaciones dos semanas. El apartamento es muy cómodo, no le falta de nada. Está a dos pasos de la playa que está genial. La piscina está muy bien y no hay demasiada gente. Tiene la parada del autobús a Alicante a la salida de la Urbanización. Antonia es un encanto y ha estado atenta a todo y a todas las necesidades. Han sido unas vacaciones muy tranquilas. Hemos descansado y disfrutado. Muchas gracias Antonia.

Urlaub in Urbanova

Kleine, aber schöne Wohnung, sehr nahe am Strand. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr schön. In der Wohnung war alles dabei, was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir haben die Wohnung eher bekommen, als in der Buchung angegeben, was mit einem kleinen Kind auch sehr angenehm war. Der Flughafen ist wirklich sehr nahe, daher hört man schon Fluglärm, aber die Spanier scheinen sich da dran nicht zu stören. Wir haben uns nach drei Tagen dran gewöhnt:). Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sicher.

Como en casa

La comunicación con Antonia la propietaria fue continua. Se preocupó de adaptarse a nuestra hora de llegada e incluso nos dejó algo de cena y fruta porque llegábamos tarde. El apartamento tiene de todo, está limpísimo y la ubicación es fabulosa, está 200m de la playa. Hemos estado muy a gusto y repetiremos.

Apartment located in a quiet ,well managed and safe ,Spanish residential area

Antonia was waiting for us,which was nice to get straight into the apartment. It is a good size and there are many drawers and cupboards with all the necessary things to make for a comfortable stay. The TV was Spanish but it was good to do other things. On arrival there was bread,milk, butter, jam, juice, bowl of fruit and a bottle of cava! Some apartments they don't even leave a toilet roll! Antonio took the time to show us the beach and supermarket (we arrived on November so it shut at 4) both were 3 mins away. The bus stop is right at the apartment. No.27 every hour for us and always on time .euro1.45 they prefer you to have the correct money. It is a 7 day service right into Alicante. A taxis costs about euro15 . Within the grounds is tennis courts and a swimming pool, it shuts end of September. The area is on the flight path but otherwise quiet. We were out of season but there was plenty of restaurant s during the day, at night only 2 but enough bars. One of the restaurants was like a cocktail bar/restaurant sometimes quite loud but you could not here the sound at the apartment. The apartment was well equipped. The beach area was lovely, clear water and clean sand Antonio even drove us to the Airport when leaving.

Personne très honnête

Antonia est une personne adorable malheureusement nous n avons pas pu séjourner chez elle à cause d une personne malhonnête à Valencia qui avait déjà loué son appartement il s agit de Mme Natalia Elzaurdia Gomes que je ne recommande Absolument pas..... Par contre Antonia est très honnête et a tout fait pour nous aider Mais en plus nous avons joué de malchance avec le mauvais temps

Cosy well-situated apartment.

This is a very cheerful, cosy apartment. Ideal for us and the 2 children. We were pleasantly surprised to find it was equipped with all the basics needed for a comfortable stay: cooking supplies, first aid, detergent, toilet roll, serviettes, mosquito repellent etc. It was also well located within a few minutes walk of cafes, restaurants, and supermarket. There were lots of playparks dotted along the beach for the kids and the pool was very nice. Antonia was a great host. Would thoroughly recommend.

Endroit magnifique .l appartement est fonctionnel propre .calme manque de rien .bien placé. Antonia très gentille .malgré difficulté de la langue espagnole .on reviendra sûrement.sans oublier l aéroport est juste à côté. Home away from home

This apartment was just perfect for us. We had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Antonia was so welcoming and made herself available for any needs we had, and even had a huge basket of fruit , a bottle of champagne waiting for us. She also offered to bring us to the airport the day we left. The beach is beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants to try, plus a grocery store and pharmacy very close. The swimming pool was not open as it was April, and the weather was not the best, but we found plenty to do. Alicante is a 15-20 minute bus trip and we also took side trips. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a getaway to southern Spain!

Fantastisch verblijf dicht bij strand en de bus naar de stad

Antonia haalde ons op van het vliegveld! Prachtig appartement, smaakvol ingericht en fles cava en bier in de koelkast. Alles was compleet, niets ontbrak. Op loopafstand van supermarkt en strand. Twee prima visrestaurants dichtbij. Bus 27 stopt voor de deur om je naar centrum van Alicante te brengen. Wat wil je nog meer? Echt helemaal perfect en we komen zeker een keer terug.

Comfortable well equipped apartment near to all amenities and beach

We had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment. It is well equipped and kept so we had everything we need. So close to beach, supermarket and many good cafes and restaurants. Bus service to Alicante frequent, cheap and nearby. Swimming pool well kept and clean. So all in all a great holiday. Many thanks Antonia!

A nice break.

It was great that Antonia picked up from the airport and took us back. We found the apartment suited us although because of building work directly outside we were unable to sit on the balcony or indeed have the windows open when work was taking place. The bus into Alicante was very convenient when you work out the timetable. It's a pity that flights start early as the apartment is almost in the flight . Anyway, thank you Antonia.
