"The hotel was well situated, close to the cruise port and the city (restaurants and shopping area). The hotel staff was excellent at check in and checkout providing us with information and a bag lunch/breakfast as we had an early flight. We also enjoyed the pool. "Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, the staff was friendly and welcoming at check-in, and the room was lovel, the bathtub, in particular, was fantastic. A quick tip for future guests: the AC controls are integrated directly into the bedside headboard, which can be tricky to spot at first. My only frustration came after checkout. At arrival, the staff mentioned I was receiving an upgrade. When I entered the room, there was a bottle of champagne on ice, which naturally seemed like part of that upgrade. However, a couple of days after checking out, an unexpected charge appeared on my card, which I assume was for the bottle. Be mindful of in-room items even if an upgrade is offered, but otherwise, it's a solid hotel."

"I would say perfect spot the beach is just across the street they have Laudry everything you need staff were excellent just wouldn’t sunset the restaurant I ordered the English breakfast said yogurt granola and fruit got nothing and my friend urged the continental she didn’t get it either the waitress said I forgot you can have a yogurt to go not nice at all"
