Sería conveniente que renovarán tanto mobiliario de los dormitorios como el de la terraza. La limpieza, mejorable. No vendría mal una mano de pintura (desconchones y algo de humedad en el baño).Los electrodomésticos son nuevos, excepto el microondas (funciona bien). La piscina queda enfrente del apartamento.
