"It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours airport shuttle; this is false. I have used Expedia and Orbitz for over 20 years; I will never used it again and will make sure that my family and friends do the same so that our families vacations...

"Going straight to the point: 1- Room: Clean but poorly styled (not modern yet not really traditional) 2- Bathroom: Clean but has persistent bad smell (plumbing). 3- Internet: No in-room Internet only at the hotel's lobby, which was inefficient because of all guests load. 4- Restaurant: Breakfast and dinner items are quite limited not really encouraging. I did not try dinner a 2nd time. 5- Checkout: Reception did not accept credit cards from guests although they have a Master/Visa sign on...
