"The hotel is a little dated but in a convenient location across from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the old town. The staff is helpful and friendly. The reason that I rated it so low as my husband and I would wake up with insect bites that we first thought were mosquito bites because he had found a few mosquitoes in the room. After examining the bites we feared it was bed bugs so we stripped the beds down to the mattress and with the flashlights on our phones we discovered tiny bugs crawling. We reported it to reception and they replaced the mattresses but did not acknowledge there were bed bugs. Also when we checked into our room the toilet wasn’t flushing properly and had to replace the tank the next day. The rooms were serviced daily. "

"Great budget hotel. Stayed in a single person room. It was simple without anything fancy. But, it also still came with a big balcony with an ocean view! Hotel included breakfast. The pool was nice, albeit cold! Pool closed for the evening at 7pm. Very nice location near the beach and walking distance to the old town. Also pretty quite. "

"This apartment was in an amazing location in the old town and near the bus stop. The apartment was nice and the hosts were kind and tried to be accommodating. They let us check in early as soon as we arrived from the airport. Unfortunately, however, we ran into too many issues with the apartment for us to recommend this stay. There was no hot water the first 2 days of our stay but the hosts were helpful and quick to get this fixed by sending someone to the apartment the next day. The WiFi stopped working on the third day of our 5-day trip and was never fixed, so we could not use the internet or the televisions. There is an additional 50 euro cleaning fee in addition to the city tax that is due upon arrival that is stated somewhere in booking the booking process but it could be more clearly stated."

"We enjoyed this hotel very much. The staff were very professional and exceptionally helpful. We had breakfast every morning and it provided a nice variety of choices. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was very engaging and recommended some wonderful places to visit during our stay. This was my first time in Alghero and I would certainly return and stay here again. "

"Roberta at the front desk gave us great service and a great chat about Alghero. Everything was extremely clean and fresh. The Blue bar upstairs had excellent food and drink but they could have used another server. The only fault in cleanliness was a huge pile of cigarettes butts outside the second floor restaurant leading to the patio.A small complaint… for a great stay . Highly recommend."

"Lovely stay in Alghero....property is clean, up to date and location and manager are great...we had some trouble finding the location as it is in a pedestrian only zone but when we called, the manager came to us, helped us find parking and helped us get our baggage to the property and up the stairs to our room."
