Very attractive resort, Mediterranean but modern property extends side to side with buildings in a U, so everyone has a view. Staff was so friendly and helpful from front desk to bartenders. Spacious patio overlooking the sea. Only issue was probably personal- bed was a bit hard. But I made a comfy place in the daybed and slept very well.

Hotel tried to charge me additional "compulsory" charges for using the beach! Not impressed by this and plan to take it up with my MEP. Consumer Protection laws should make this not worth their while.

Although this property is rated as a four-star hotel, our experience did not reflect that standard. The rooms were quite basic, and the beds lacked comfort. We found the staff to be largely disengaged and not particularly helpful during our stay. Dining options were extremely limited, with only one nearby restaurant within walking distance. Throughout our five-day visit, we were unable to secure a dinner reservation at the hotel and ultimately had to rent a car to access dining options in the downtown area each evening. On the one occasion we had lunch on-site, service was very slow, and the steak we ordered was disappointing in both quality and flavor. On a positive note, the beach is beautiful, and we were able to enjoy our vacation primarily due to the flexibility afforded by our rental car and the scenic day trips we took. It’s also worth noting that while the hotel listing on Expedia advertises airport shuttle service, this comes at an additional cost. Guests should also be aware that there are daily fees for changing beach towels, and beach chairs incur extra charges as well.

This is not a 4 star hôtel is a 2 or 3 star hôtel. We booked with breakfast but not with lunch or dinner because we wanted to go out to visit the island and because of that we didn’t have the right to eat at the restaurant even if we wanted to pay for the food the days we decided not to go out…and the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, so, even if it was a restaurant close to the hotel, the night we decided to rest, that restaurant was full, and we had to go to bed without eating anything. Any way the food at the hotel was not very good either. People at the reception was nice but they couldn’t do anything for us because rules are rules. Also they were not informed about the activities they promote with publicity at the reception. We are not going back there.

Hotellet är belägget på ett lugnt och fint ställe, restaurangen serverar bra mat men det är inte transparent vad det är man betalar för såsom dricka etc. På slutet får man räkning där man inte har så mycket och säga till i och med att det inte framgår vad det kostade och beställa såsom vin, dricka till mat etc. Allt läggs på rummet och det kan skilja rätt mycket mellan antalet som man verkligen har beställt. Men eftersom det saknas ordentligts menyer med prissättning så har man inte så mycket och säga till. Det hade varit bättre med transparens mellan hotell och gäster så man slipper missförstånd!

旅店臨海，一睹晨曦晚霞，環境優美，早餐豐富。最令我感謝是旅店員工，積極協助我處理壞車事宜。 我們租赁两部車輛自駕遊，24年5月2日，其中一部車輛爆呔，另一車輛回到旅店，要求職員協助致電租車公司，但租車公司電話未能接通，職員Monia多次致電，她建議我們從租賃合約找尋電話號碼，她協助下，成功聯絡公司，處理壞車。當托車到達時，托車職員未能以英語溝通，男經理亦作翻譯，指示托車職員。 我們對旅店員工專業態度和熱心助客的精神，表示最至誠的讚揚。

Vacanza ad ALGHERO

Hotel in riva al mare con personale disponibile . Camera spaziosa con vista mare pulizia della stessa accurata .Noi avevamo prenotato solo camera e colazione ma poi visto importo siamo passati alla mezza pensione (10 euro a persona e potevi scegliere tra 5 primi 5 secondi e contorno).Spiaggia pulita e sdraio e ombrelloni a disposizione gratuitamente anche in piscina .Sicuramente se dovessi ritornare in Sardegna in costa del Corallo Hotel Portoconte 1°opzione.Unico piccolo problema wifi che talvolta dovevi riprogrammare ma è stato unico "contrattempo".

Very good diner

Hotel itself is pretty average. But the diner was very good indeed. Overall good for the people who like swimming and quiet leasure. Not far from Alghero if you have a car.

Long way to the town.

Many foreign group tours; they were making quite some noise on the corridor. The room was on the first floor and very old fashioned. No English channels on TV. We stayed two nights, on the second day, we could find almost no food in the dinning room. Taste and quality was not excellent. There are not many staff around so that we were not looked after very well. Bus service to the town was not convenient, you should drive all the time, which means you cannot drink much alcohol at the restaurant. Private beach was too small to put so many beach beds, swimming pool was relatively small, and there is only one.

siamo arrivate domenica 3 agosto io mia figlia e mia nipote di 11 mesi siamo state accolte molto bene dalle ragazze della reception.arrivate in camera piccola ma con tutto quello che a noi serviva abbiamo fatto un giro in albergo molto carino che necessita sicuramente di ristrutturazione .il mattino seguente colazione direi piu che sufficiente andiamo in spiaggia solo due file di ombrelloni abbiamo pagato una piccola differenza al giorno per la prima fila .animazione piacevole cucina casalinga e varia posto tranquillo mi sento di consigliare vivamente questa struttura a persone che amano passare delle vacanze tranquille a famiglie anche con bambini molto piccoli .normalmente non torno mai in hotel in cui ho gia soggiornato ma visto che ci siamo trovate molto bene sicuramente torneremo .un consiglio fate la pensione completa costa veramente poco e ne vale la pena

Lugnt läge på landet vid den vackra viken Porto Conte. Vi hade hyrbil hela veckan vilket är ett måste. Toppen med egen strand och gratis solstolar. Det var inte mycket folk så det var aldrig trångt vid stranden och poolen. Rent hotell med trevlig personal. Små rum. En "underhållnings-grupp" arrangerade saker för barnen som tennis, lekar och på kvällarna disco. Det enda som var en besvikelse var frukosten. Endast kall frukost. Vi saknade en "riktig" hotellfrukost.

Pleasant hotel directly at the beach

Nice hotel with amazing views over a lovely bay in the Porto Conto area. Hotel has good-sized pool and a private beach which is stunning. Food at the hotel is excellent (although breakfast is very basic) and rooms are clean. Note that this hotel is located in a remote area with only one restaurant and one tiny shop in the neighbourhood. Rooms do not have safe or fridge. Staff was reasonably helpful and spoke English. Things to do are a visit of the Neptune's Grotto which can be reached from the hotel by taking a bus to Capo Caccia, and going for hikes in the big National Park which is a 500m walk from the hotel. If you do not have a car, you can get to the hotel by taking a bus from Alghero (stop is 100m away from the train station) to Porto Conte. Overall, nice hotel but not much to do in the neighbourhood.

L'hotel ha una posizione tale x cui le camere distano 20 metri dalla spiaggia privata,prospiciente un mare con fondale basso, sabbioso e piatto. Questo lo rende particolarmente adatto a famiglie con bambini e anche a persone anziane.L'unico inconveniente è un piano di scale da superare per accedere al ristorante e/o alla terrazza,cui non esiste alternativa in quanto non c'è ascensore. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, il servizio al tavolo viene svolto a una velocità davvero encomiabile. Cibo notevole per possibilità di scelta e qualità.Qualche cambio del tovagliato durante la settimana sarebbe stato gradito.Il minifrigo in camera dovrebbe essere incluso nel prezzo e non su richiesta con supplemento.Buono comunque il rapporto qualità/prezzo, la disponibilità di un'auto ne fa un'ottima base per gite nella zona.

First impressions always count. This was good, very pleasant reception staff open plan area leading to a patio and bar overlooking the 2 pools and the sea. I was only there overnight so can't comment on the beach etc. I guess the rooms vary with the price you pay - mine was not the most expensive which showed. The main complaints were:- small room, cheap towels, terrible lighting and dreadful blue painted furniture. Why do these people fall down on such basics. Nearest restaurant half mile walk on an unlit road but very good and worth the walk. Hotel breakfast ok, usual basic stuff. Wifi is charged and only available in public areas Taxi to the airport at least 20 euros, more if they can get away with it.

schönes Hotel in Toplage

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand etwas außerhalb von Alghero, in die Stadt sind es mit dem Auto 15 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, kein Luxus und auch nicht besonders geschmackvoll. Die Anlage dafür ist schön, mit großer Terasse, Pool und Garten.
