Villa with private pool, comfortable, near the sea, Alghero, Sardinia

It is a newly built villa on 2 levels, just outside the city of Alghero. On the ground floor there is a living area with kitchen and bathroom. The veranda overlooking the pool. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms, each of which has air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with double sink. There are three double bedrooms and a bedroom with two bunk beds, a cot is also available on request; linen are included in the beach towels. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and there is plenty of space to relax. The villa is located in a great location, about 10 minutes from the airport and only 5 minutes drive from the town of Alghero. The Lido beach is within walking distance and some of the finest beaches in Alghero including Le Bombarde and Lazzaretto are just 10 minutes. In the area there are several cottages that offer traditional cuisine of Sardinia. Alghero is an ideal base for exploring the island as: Bosa, Stintino, Argentiera and Castelsardo.

We had a great time in Villa Rafael. The welcome was very warm, Cristina has given us detailed infos where to find the Villa, as well as recommendations for restaurants & supermarkets nearby. We all liked the pool, the silence, the great patio and it was quite near to Alghero Downtown (by car). Grazie & Arrivederci

We recently stayed in this house and had an amazing experience. Cristina was super helpful during checkin and when we locked ourselves out 😬. The house is very large and has plenty of space. It has all of the kitchen amenities possible. We were only a family of four but it could accommodate many more if needed. My husband and I had to work at night and each bedroom also has a desk which was helpful for us. The pool is fantastic and the town is a short drive away. We had a great experience and will remember that house fondly!

Très belle maison tout confort située dans un lieu calme et paisible , tout en étant proche du centre ville et de belles plages . Le jardin avec piscine est idéal pour les familles, et très pratique si vous voyagez avec dés chien car tout est clôturé.

Maison bien équipée à côté de Alghero (petite station balnéaire familiale). La maison est bien équipée et très fonctionnelle et sécurisée par un portail, un grand parking privée pour plusieurs voitures. Seul inconvénient : pas grave ! Pas de chemin piéton pour aller a la plage, il faut longer une petite route de campagne

Io e il mio gruppo di amici ci siamo trovati benissimo, la proprietaria, Cristina e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili e di aiuto in qualsiasi momento della nostra vacanza. La villa è munita di tutti i confort, elettrodomestici e aria condizionata molto utili. La piscina e il giardino sono fantastici per rilassarsi. La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, e la villa ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più fantastica.

Tutto perfetto, un meraviglioso angolo di paradiso dove passare le vacanze. La villa è dotata di ogni comfort e i proprietari contribuiscono in tutto a rendere il soggiorno piacevole e indimenticabile, super disponibili Antonio e Cristina è stato un piacere aver fatto la vostra conoscenza. Christina war sehr flexibel bezüglich unseres Check-ins. Die Unterkunft ist etwas schwierig zu finden, doch man wird von der Besitzerin im Notfall überall abgeholt und geführt. Es braucht sicherlich ein Auto, um nach Alghero zu kommen. Die Zimmer waren gut und sauber, sogar mit Tücher für den Pool ausgerüstet. Auch die Badezimmer waren sehr gross. Schade, dass es im Internet keine Bilder davon hat. Es hat genügend Platz um draussen auf der Terrasse und innen im Haus zu essen. Die Küche war mit Pfannen für uns nicht optimal ausgerüstet - ansonsten alles sehr gut. Wir genossen die beiden Tage in der Unterkunft sehr - danke für die nette und gute Betreuung!

Il villino offre confort, pace e sicuro relax. A dieci minuti dal centro di Alghero e ben posizionato rispetto alle varie e splendide spiagge a nord e a sud di Alghero, con i suoi cordiali ed ospitali proprietari, il villino garantisce una vacanza di sicuro benessere del corpo e dello spirito.
