Casa Ilaria is a new apartment located in a quiet area with little traffic in Alghero.
It is located a stone's throw from the alghero-bosa road towards the Speranza beach. Public transport stops are within walking distance and it is still possible to reach the city center on foot.
The apartment is new with a large livable veranda and ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing dinners.
In addition to the veranda, there is a large room with kitchenette and a comfortable sofa.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double sofa bed.
The bathroom has a shower and window.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
