"I arrived very late and asked for a top floor room, and I was given a second floor. As soon as I entered the room, I could hear all of the talking and banging above me. I waited an hour hoping it would stop, but it didn't. I called the front desk and they said they would call and take care of it, but that never happened. The yelling and slamming doors never stopped until five in the morning, and I had to get up at six. I will be asking for a refund for this night."
