"The room was small, as expected, but roomy enough to move about, and was very well appointed with coffee pot and amenities, ironing board, hair dryer, desk, end tables, large screen monitor, etc. The lighting was dark compared to other places, but light enough to do o.k. We added breakfast cost to our stay and it was well worth it. The food was plentiful and varied, and of excellent quality. We would definitely stay again."

"Great location. Easily walkable to main shopping & restaurant area. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast is 5 star. Everything you could want before you start your day if exploring ! The Bus stop 12 is outside the hotel and is a central pickup for most of the tour buses."

"Lovely clean room, excellent and efficient system, lovely staff, ideal location. Breakfast basket was brought the evening before. If you prefer fresh coffee and pastry, I would recommend not booking breakfast and heading out to local cafes instead. Other than that we had a perfect stay. Couldn't ask for more."

"Nice clean room, good location, and felt updated! Our room was a little small but worked perfectly since we really only slept in it. The parking I was a little worried about but we never had any trouble finding a spot. Overall such a good trip!"

"This accommodation was nice, the rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. I never had to wait for a toilet or shower, and it was nice to have a hot tub - I had it alone for an entire hour. There isn’t any parking, but it is near a parking garage. It’s also near a Bonus grocery store and the main kitchen in the lobby has a few nice touches to help you prep some food (kettle, fridge, microwave, drinks, etc). The only complaint I have is that it’s advertised as soundproof pods, but I feel like the people near me were still so loud it wasn’t actually soundproof. The doors shutting in surrounding pods would wake me up (I don’t even consider myself super sensitive to noises while sleeping either). I was on the bottom bunk and at times it felt like the person above me was genuinely throwing stuff around/stomping. Not too sure if it was just my neighbours, I didn’t have this issue the first night (or two?), but feel like it’s worth noting as it progressively became more noticeable throughout my stay with subsequent nights."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Reykjavik Saga. The staff were amazing and helpful, especially Mattia (front desk). He answered all of our questions and willing to help problem solve misc. concerns. The breakfast was delicous with a variety of choices to accommodate everyone. The hotel was close to main attractions and bus stops. We truly enjoyed our stay and sad to be leaving Iceland."
