"My wife and 2 daughters really enjoyed this property for 2 nights. Nice and secluded. A great place to stay and visit Letchworth State Park. Enjoyed a nice bonfire at night and breakfast at Ace's in Belfast. Outdoor shower was a fun experience for us. A good home base for exploring the southern tier."

"This cottage was great for lake fun and provided close access to Hornell. Our boys loved fishing off the dock and taking the paddle boat around the lake. The host was super responsive and helpful with any of our questions."

"We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. The cabin and grounds have everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing getaway. We made a promise to return next summer, but for much longer. Kudos to Marilyn and her team- they rock. "
