"The rooms were very clean and super comfortable. Our host Cindy was very helpful and was literally a phone call away. She was always reachable and ready to help. The location of the apartment was super great and was accessible from the metro. There were grocery stores nearby. Overall a great experience. "

"In short: the only good thing of this flat is the location.Poor acoustic insulation from the rest of the flat. The bathroom is a disaster: no door, no extraction fan and the shower needs a good plumber.Overcomplicated check-in for no reason even though the host had both our passports. For the price, I was expecting a lot better"

There’s construction in the next door apartment and the apartment above, so if you like to sleep in after 8:00 it’s really noisy. Also, the windows are single panes, so you can hear street noise all night. The beds are comfy and the rooms are a good size. "We truly had a great time, loved the location and the place we great - we loved the rooftop! Check in/out was pretty easy too, everyone on the phone was very nice. The one thing I do want to flag was that the beds were terribly uncomfortable. We normally don't have trouble with that - we've spent lots of time camping and couch surfing and didn't think to even check for that. "This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. "The MSB Apartments is the standard of a 5 Star apartmentl but you feel like you are at home with the kitchen facilities and the extra space to relax. We spent Christmas in NYC with our 5 sons aged 24yrs to 11yrs. We booked one apartment. Loads of space to hang out together between outings and excellent value. We had one issue with Housekeeping which was resolved by Toni, very friendly yet professional and for sure we will return. 👍 "
