"This was a great find! The apartment was very spacious and felt new, and it included a backyard space which we did not know we would have (nice perk to being on the ground floor). The two-bedroom layout was great for us (two friends traveling together), and having two bathrooms was a bonus. One of the bedrooms had bunk beds, which would have been ideal for a family with children. Nelson was very attentive and helpful at check-in. "

"You get what you pay for. Basic but clean accommodation and restaurant alongside here is amazing food plus service. Good location for beach plus marina about 20 minute walk. Albufeira taxi about 25 euros. Reception helpful we arrived very late and a gentleman was there ready for us. Pool small sunloungers about 20 which was fine for us. Weather great spar around the corner . "

It is at a convenient location - close to the Old Town, main bus station and two big supermarkets. Just bear in mind that it’s on a hill, so walking back up could be a bit of a challenge. "We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff were excellent. The facilities are really well looked after. We enjoyed the pools and the beach. The beach was beautiful. Some others have complained about the price of food and drink and I guess in comparison to other parts of Portugal it may seem like that. It is a 5 star rating and we expected 5 star pricing for food. We enjoyed the buffet dinner although I thought there could be more hot options at dinner. We enjoyed the Lima restaurant for the wonderful staff. The food at Lima was very good but could have gone up a level to meet the hotel star rating. The regional wine suggestions were excellent in all restaurants and reasonable prices based on North American perspective. All-in-all the staff made the experience. "
