"Ok place"

"The location and apartment were great. We liked the area very much because we felt part of the community. The bus system and walking distance from old town made access very doable. Our only disappointment was gaining entry to the building with no host to greet us and having to wait for someone to exit to let us in."

"We stayed 9 nights in October. Nice convenient location near quieter end of Rincon where you have quick 10-min drive to Mercadona for groceries, or short walk to beachside restaurants. Listing is exactly as shown in photos with everything you’ll need. Great salt water pool. Well-maintained grounds. Nice neighbours. Fully equipped kitchen including condiments and new appliances so we enjoyed meals at home on the balcony. Tiny bathroom and shower but all spotless and functional. Very relaxing...

"great location market on the doorstep, local buses to Malaga Nerja and Torrox all very cheap and short journey. Lots of lovely cafes bars and restaurants nearby all good prices. The swimming pool would be a bonus in the height of the season we had sunshine and a high of 28 in March. We were visiting family so it was ideal."

"Following booking and paying I was sent an email to say the terraces needed cleaning and was it ok for the lady to do it 8-10am on our first day. I said yes not knowing that firstly the terraces were so dirty you couldn't use them but secondly she had to go through our bedroom with a hosepipe to clean it then drag it through the bedroom and lounge to do the other are. In the instructions it said air conditioning units didn't work but blow cold air- absolute joke nothing coming out of them and it...

"We have been travelling for many years but until we met Juan and reside in the apartment, we didn’t know anything about being a perfect host and a perfect apartment ✔️✔️✔️ Juan is exceptional manager with fantastic spirit and sense of humanity ( when I was sick he did his best to find me a dr. At Friday evening and made sure I had a dr. Visit plus my medicine) punctuation , perfect bilingual ability, very precise and much more that I’m short of finding words for …. "This large 2 bedroom top floor unit with patio had great views of Malaga rooftops, the mountains and some view of the sea. It was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. A small elevator helped 2ith getting luggage to the top floor. We mostly took the stairs. This building is just a 3 minute walk from the bustling centro area, with a fresh market and grocery stores very close by. Check in was seamless, with keys in a lock box. The only thing letting it down a bit was the large French group...

"An amazing experience to be so close to everything even a laundromat to wash clothes. The bus stop to go into the centre of Malaga and for other day trips. Once you stay here and walk the promenade paseo marítimo de Pedrogalejo/ el palo all the way down to muelle uno!!! you will never forget the aromatic scents of wood fire roasting sardines on a skewer for only 2 euros for 5-6 sardines packed w healthy straight from the sea at Merlo! Watch sunsets while enjoying tinto de verano or any cocktail...

"It was a joy to stay in the Morlaco apartment. Newly renovated, stunning view of the sea and very helpful management team. It was just as wonderful as the photos. While the balcony was not an open one, the floor to ceiling windows opened up to let in the breezes from the sea. Would love to come back again!"

Deux choses ont été difficiles à accepter : les chiens qui jappent régulièrement et la difficulté des marches tous les jours, ainsi que la pente abrupte. Sinon c'est un bel endroit, près de la mer. "The hosts are amazing. They greeted us at a local restaurant and we followed them up to their beautiful home. They are very proud of their family home that is over 300 years old. It was completely renovated and has everything you need. We loved our stay. The road up to the house is quite windy, but if you take your time, it is fine. Aside from that, I highly recommend this property."
