"This was really nice for a family of 4. We would definitely stay again. The only thing was there was a tornado in the area with sirens going off the last night of our stay. A bit scary, due to no local storm shelters."

"This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, updated, and styled quite comfortably. We were attending a concert across the river in Cincinnati, and had no trouble driving or Ubering into town. The check-in process started off rocky, but was able to be resolved efficiently. I didn't have a number to call, but the rental company responded quickly to emails. I would definitely stay again."

"Clean well kept property. Thanks for making it so easy. "

"Clean, walk able area, a lot of shops, bars, restaurants near by."

"Nice apartment. Great location. Loved having parking."

"Safe neighborhood. Well maintained house. House was built around 1915. All 3 bedrooms are up a flight of fairly steep stairs. The main floor stayed a comfortable temperature all week. The upstairs was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom that function well. The air conditioning reaches the upstairs, but because the home is so old, it doesn’t get cool up there. We traveled in June with highs around 90 degrees and stayed for 6 nights. "This was one of if not the best rental property we have ever stayed in! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the unit was very clean with plenty of the basics to keep us comfortable and not having to make any special shopping trips. The host was very responsive and the parking was nearby and safe."

"We are frequent VRBO renters and we use Premier Hosts because they are always excellent. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The location is so great. A gentrified neighborhood with restaurant's, markets and shops in easy walking distance. The host owns multiple units in the building so we had family on multiple floors. Thanks Danny!"

"I loved my stay in the Manor House Loft. What a wonderful opportunity to stay on the grounds of a beautiful, historic mansion while I was in Cincinnati for a conference! It is a beautiful property and was perfect for a five-night stay with my senior dog. Heather and Matt were very welcoming and helpful hosts!"

"Prime location for downtown Newport."
