"If you are looking for super inexpensive, this is for you. For less than half the price of a downtown hotel, I stayed in a clean, quiet, everything-works motel. The owners are refurbishing a motel evidently closed for many years; big parts of it are not open and are under construction. Has long term tenants who work construction in the area, it seems.
