"The staff was all incredibly polite and it felt genuine. It was clear that they are consistent in their training, from the security to the porters to the waitstaff. Everything was smooth and comfortable. The room had a beautiful view, and the beach was well-maintained."

"This property has just opened. It's very nice and i reserved a Suite by the sea which was magnificent. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This property is in the best location in Alexandria and i highly recommend it. "
