"Very good place. My parents loved it"

"We can't find any faults to write about. The hotel has all you need for a good stay in Alexandria. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean, amenities great and breakfast choice very good. If we are back to Alexandria we will stay there"

"الفندق والعاملين به رائعين"

"The property is fabulous, very modern and trendy. We stayed in one of the bungalows that felt as it hadn’t been finished. Mine had no hot water, the sliding door to the beautifully manicured patio could not be closed. The flooring under the tub had all the plaster slapped right on it and never removed excess. The bathtub fixtures when opened had loose cement coming under it. The jucuzzy water came out filthy. This tub couldn’t be used. The light for the makeup mirror had a different outlet-...

It took a while for water, towels, and robes to be brought to the room. The breakfast was okay, although there weren't many options available. Also, the property needs some work, it is an old building and it shows. Finally, there is a small...

"amazing staff "

"My stay at the hotel was amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable. I’d like to give a special thanks to Ms. Marwa and Ms. Asmaa for their incredible hospitality and helpfulness. Big thanks to the whole staff for the excellent service."

"The internet connection is outstanding. Download speeds on average about 3MB/s. Spacious. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Perfect location, clean rooms and very friendly staff"

"جميل لكن الخدمة بطئه"

"The hotel needs more maintenance paint cleaning, and the door has to be more quiet because of the traffic"

"مكان جميل ومميز جدا في الاسكندرية .. فقط ما عجبني المطرب على الشاطئ "

"It’s ok but they charged me extra for Breakfast and the front end told it comes with the room and it’s free but they make me pay 37.00 US dollars for no reason at all and I don’t even eat anything "
