"My main takeaway is that the hotel is not really designed for familys or anyone with medical needs/disability or longer stays. The hotel was nice itself and staff were nice - if not a tad understaffed. This hotel gave the impression of penny pinching especially considering the cost of the stay - I was disappointed. There was no fridges in any of the rooms nor anywhere to put things (like a communal fridge or something). In a family/disability room especially this is simply negligence. What if...
"We arrived for a 3pm check in to be told the room wasn’t ready and had to wait for a while which was very stressful especially for my wife who has health problems.
At night the shower flooded the whole bathroom. They did address that situation.
