The immaculately decorated hallway welcomes you with warmth and elegance and connects the other rooms including a spacious king-size master bedroom providing comfort and relaxation, as well as an additional convenient W/C. The second bedroom features a double bed, ideal for families. The beds are topped with hotel quality linens and towels.

The property boasts a sleek and unique main bathroom with contemporary finishes and comes fully equipped with toiletries. The property also houses a generous sized fully equipped kitchen which comes with all the usual household conveniences including a washing machine, (no dishwasher), toaster, kettle, and microwave, as well as a dining table for enjoyable mealtimes.

Step outside to your own private patio area, perfect for soaking up the Scottish sunshine with a morning coffee or evening drink. With a private entrance and free on-site parking, this property offers both style and convenience for a comfortable stay.

Located in the centre of Balloch, Laudervale View is a great base for exploring the surrounding area with restaurants, shops and the Balloch Train Station all within easy reach. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away which has direct links into Glasgow City Centre and beyond.

Other Things to Note:
We can arrange rental of a high chair and a travel cot if needed during your stay.
There is no longer a dishwasher available for use at the property.
Please note, check in is not available on the 25th of December and the 1st of January.
For insurance purposes, the lead booker must be over 25. ID verification is required on all bookings.
