"Overall, Bellwald is an incredible hidden jewel, and this chalet was perfect for our family needs. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it and come back!Communication was probably the only area that could be improved. For some reason, our messages through VRBO weren’t going through, which I’ve never experienced before, so I ended up contacting the host by text instead. Responses could sometimes be a little slow and brief, although the initial VRBO issue may have been outside of the host’s control.There were also a few instructions that seemed to get a little lost in translation and were difficult to follow in English, particularly the directions for finding the parking spot. Having the English instructions reviewed and clarified would make arrival a bit easier for future guests who don’t speak the local language.These were relatively minor issues in what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Bellwald is a beautiful place, the chalet was a great fit for our group, and the views alone are worth the visit. We would happily recommend it!"
