"I have never seen such nice and helpful staff. Muchas gracias Hernanda! 🙏 The facility is very cozy, artistically decorated and with a lot of character. The breakfast is delicious. The location close to the airport makes it very convenient if you need to fly out. Again, excellent experiences."

"I got in late and left early so didn’t experience the full services the hotel had to offer. Staff was friendly and helpful at the 24-hr reception. Gated property felt more safe than the surrounding area. My room had quite a bit of glitter and hair in the bathroom and on the bedspread. No cups for water. Some basic room amenities would improve the experience. "
