"Really helpful and friendly bloke on reception. Good location with an easy walk into town and the station."

"This was an outstanding stay! Very comfortable. They had everything you could want/need in a short term rental. I was able to fix several meals in the kitchen with ease. The only hiccup was that the place hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants when we arrived. "Big, clean room that was everything I needed for three nights in York. Was able to store my luggage after check-out. Smooth stay :)"

"Though they mentioned but it be nice to have shampoo and conditioner as well as body lotion in the bathroom."

"Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. Had a relaxing stay and would definitely consider again next time we were in York. Small supermarket and Mrs Greedy’s at end of road was excellent for supplies and a quick cooked breakfast. "

"Clean, cozy spot really close to historic central York. Parking was really easy and free on the main road. Excellent, fast communication with host."

Pelmets above windows and blinds hanging slightly below them block light so what little light the windows provide is further obscured by the window dressings. Was told there were only 2 floors so expected to...
