"We had a great stay at this lovely hotel. We were touring on motorbikes and so was unsure what time we'd arrive, we were early but was able to book in and relax before we had dinner. We were made to feel welcome, I think it's a family run business and all were lovely people especially the person who greeted us when we first arrived. The room was well presented, clean and we liked the eco friendly approach. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable we have slept in when travelling. We ate on the patio overlooking the beautiful garden, the food was good as was the beer. This was the last hotel we stayed at as we were catching the ferry home the next day, it was a great choice and a made for a lovely end to our trip. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and if we're in the area again this will definitely be at the top of our list of places to stay."

"I have to say I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Christian, the manager owner, was extremely helpful and gracious in all matters. As an English speaker I had no problems at all. Their bistro serves excellent food, which I recommend to anyone who stays here. My room was both clean and stylish. Damme is a beautiful town that's only a 15 minute walk away. The surrounding countryside was also beautiful, and reminded me very much of my home in Ohio, USA. Should I be coming to this part of Germany again, I will definitely try to book another stay here.
