"Dirty room, mold in the bathtub, no hangers in either closet. No tissues. Staff gave me 3 hangers in the end. VERY limited cheap breakfast on the first day. Nothing left for breakfast at 8:00 am on the second day. No coffee. Would not stay here again."

"The gentleman that checked me in was very helpful. I needed to leave a key for my husband and he took the extra key, with my husband’s name on it, and set it aside. However, the woman working the desk in the afternoon was very rude when my husband came to get the key. She didn’t initially acknowledge him, then when he gave his name and explained that he was picking up a key, she immediately said there was no key and she didn't know what he was talking about. I was on the phone with him so he asked if she needed to verify in order to give the key, she said no, and just stared. Eventually, with some back and forth she just made him a new key. She was rude, the property has a lot of garbage around and the toilet stopped working, light bulbs were burned out… just go in with eyes wide open."

"Our stay was great! We really appreciated the breakfast options offered at the restaurant in the lobby area. It was nice to have the option to park in the paid garage or for free on the street, right in front of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the halls were quiet."

Breakfast was basic - the decaf coffee was cold and fruit came prepared in plastic cups The water temperature control in the bath/shower could not be regulated - water was either extremely hot (almost scalding) or extremely cold ( frigid).One of two elevators was out of order."

"We enjoyed our stay here. We've stayed at the Embassy Suites before, but at the Ashburn location. The one in Tysons is perhaps older than the one in Ashburn. The bedroom we were in felt a little cramped. There was a large dark-colored desk in the middle of the room separating the bed from the front door. The desk took up a large space and left little room to walk from the bed to the bathroom. True, we were there to mainly sleep in the room but a little breathing room would be great. Otherwise, we're pleased with the variety of breakfast menu, availabilty of the pool and hot tub and complimentary happy hour of 2 free alcoholic beverages and snacks. One thing we did notice there that there was no complimentary hot beverages available after breakfast hour was over. I suppose this is minor but the other location provided this service. Thank you for a good stay."
