"We enjoyed staying at your beautiful condo. The grounds are stunning! During our stay we enjoyed the fireput in the evening and the outdoor pool and amazing view at Village Summit. The BBQ was out of gas and burner is broken (rusted in half) and needs to be replaced. We would also recommend a lighter to start a fire in the fireput. Other than that, we loved your condo and we will rent again. "

"It was perfect for our weekend trip. We liked the location because it was quiet and on the beach. Downtown Traverse City is a few miles away which is easy to get to. "My family and i enjoyed our time together here for a long weekend. Note that there is a flight of stairs to get to room. Im not sure if that was mentioned in description. Plenty of room for everyone in nice sized bedrooms. Bedroom loft is open to downstairs but still feels fairly private. Nice fireplace and firewood on site. We saw wild turkeys right outside. Overall cleanliness was okay. We did not use the sauna so I cannot comment on that."

The property was clean and had all the extras needed, kitchen utensils, etc. A previous review alerted us that we needed to bring outdoor chairs, which we did. It would be nice to have those. The property is close to a main street so there is some traffic noise especially in the morning. The only issue was the hot water. It never seemed to get very hot and to take a shower you had to let the water run for quite a while just to get...

"This cottage is off the beaten path but very nice. Views from the house are breathtaking from the house and the trails. The new hot tub on the front patio was our go to sunset location. We grilled out on the patio almost every night as well. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and made sure we had anything and everything we needed. Definitely a place to come back to. "
