"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. "Excellent hotel on all fronts. Location is amazing, right smack bang in the middle of the old town. Staff were super helpful and very proactive in helping us with luggage, onward travel arrangements and amenities. Breakfast buffet is good, with lots of Spanish options fresh seasonal fruit and also more traditional breakfast fare. I do note that there was a small issue in our room that caused some inconvenience, but it was rectified quickly and professionally."
