"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. "Great location, easy walk to everything. Parking was just across the street. Room was clean and spacious. The only con was there was no air-conditioning. We opened the window, which helped but had to close it around 2:00am due to the noise on the street below. Otherwise, this hotel is fabulous!"

"Firstly the friendliness of the staff from the minute i walked in was great and genuine. I had breakfast the following morning and the lady who was on hand to help was excellent and a real character full of fun and smiles. The hotel is a minute from the Plaza Mayor. As for dining options you are literally tripping over and thars befire you get to the square. The city and sights are easy to navigate on foot. I would happily stay at this hotel again. "
