"Our stay began with one of our party having to chase up information about the lockbox number, without which no access to the doorkey was possible. The information eventually reached us but failed to mention that the door locks to anyone on the outside when pulled shut, and this was only discovered later in the day when we were trying to get our child to sleep which was fairly disruptive. "We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state.
