Nice apartment in a very privileged location, only 50 m from the sea and only 1 km from the village of Alcúdia. It is located in the residential area of Es Barcarés. There you will find a rocky coast with accesses to the sea and small sandy bays.
From the veranda you can enjoy wonderful views of Pollensa Bay.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a living - dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen which is open to the living room.
A holiday apartment that is ideal for a family vacation or vacation with friends.
