A great place to stay and explore Alcúdia and surrounding areas. The apartment is spacious and very well furnished, just what you need after a long hot day at the beachexploring the old Roman town of Pollentia. Jesus and his family are excellent hosts, they even left a welcome pack of food and drink on our arrival in the spotless apartment.

Everything was perfect

Great location in the middle of Alcudia old town, just a few steps away from restaurants, bars and food market. The location is very convenient: 5 min drive to a wonderful beach ( we liked the one in Mal Pas very much), in the evening you can visit Alcudia with its wonderful restaurants. Everything was perfect: super kitchen, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a cosy terrasse. We can recommend the place! 💯💯💯

This is a beautiful, spacious, and well equipped home in a lovely part of the old city of Alcudia. The kitchen is very well equipped, and beach umbrellas were provided. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and transit are all in walking distance. Three different beaches were within 25-35 minutes walking distance. Host was very friendly. The only issue was slow internet— streaming on Netflix worked for some reason, but video calls and other downloads were slow. We would stay here again!

Si vous cherchez quelque chose dans Alcudia (village très paisible, ce que nous cherchions ce n&#39est pas l&#39ambiance &quotfesta"), je conseille cet appartement : calme (aucun bruit), accessible facilement en voiture pour déposer les bagages (on se gare hors des remparts), bien équipé avec 3 belles chambres, salon et grande cuisine, à 1 mn du centre avec restaurants, et à 3 mn à pieds d&#39un petit supermarket (très suffisant = Eroski Alcudia) ce qui est très pratique pour faire les courses au jour le jour sans se fatiguer . En arrivant, on avait peur de galérer pour trouver une place de parking chaque jour, mais en fait ça s&#39est très bien passé. Par exemple on a toujours trouvé une place facilement en remontant la rue du supermarket Eroski ou dans le petit pâté de maisons sur sa gauche au tout début de cette rue. Sinon il y a des grands parkings du côté de l&#39arène. Bref pas de souci pour ça. Le propriétaire Jesus est très accueillant et facilement accessible tout au long du séjour. La mise à disposition de serviettes de plage est très pratique (une par chambre), ça aide beaucoup quand on voyage léger donc merci :-)
