We had an excellent stay at Maria’s villa. She provided supplies in the fridge which made things much easier for our arrival, including something for dinner . The villa was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious and clean holiday home with great facilities and close to a number of restaurants and a little shop. Maria our host was most helpful and even let us check out later than permitted without extra charge or fuss. Would recommend

lovely villa

The villa was lovely and had everything we needed,it was in a nice quiet area which was fine for us.Maria was a wonderful host,always helpful and even gave us a traditional Majorcan cake when we left.We would highly recommend the villa,although there were only two of us there was plenty of room for families or groups of friends.

A Perfect Spot for a Quiet Getaway

Would be best if you have a car. We loved the onsite pool. Lots of room. Amenities are great. Host Maria was amazing and helpful. The surprise of breakfast food was so wonderful. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to beach and a few restaurants. Would probably want a car when venturing to the Port but well worth a visit. We biked to Port of Pollença and that was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Lovely stay, wiuld highly recommend

The villa was exactly as described in the listing, very clean and with all of the utiities needed for our holiday. Quiet, residential area, only 5min walk to the bus stop where the local bus service into Alcudia was very reliable. Maria was an excellent host who responded very quickly to all of our questions and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place to stay

I was staying in this property to compete in the Ironman 70.3 in Alcudia. They were very helpful, allowing me to check in early and were really accommodating. We arrived to food in the fridge amongst other lovely gestures. The villa is very spacious and well kept. There are shops and bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend this villa to anyone!!

Everything was perfect

We arrived at the location arround 02:00 and Maria was waiting for us. She bought for us free of charge some things for breakfast. The House is very clean, and the pool also. It has an underground garrage where you can park your car. We will shurely stay again at Maria's place when we will be back.

Lovely Villa

We stayed August 2023 and found the villa perfect for a family with teenagers. The host was helpful and friendly and left lots of lovely food for when we arrived. The pool is deep and just the right size for teens. Good local bus route which finishes mid evening, about 40 mins walk to the port if staying out later. Local Spar handy , although we found the staff grumpy! Would stay here again

Wonderful week in Mallorca

We spent a fantastic week in the height of the summer in this lovely villa. Maria was a great host who was there when we arrived and had stocked the fridge for us so we didn't have to dash out after a day of travelling. The area is quiet and just a short walk (5mins) from the coast where there are a few restaurants and a SPAR shop. We had a lovely time and I can't recommend Maria and her villa enough :-) Muchas gracias!!!

Fab half term family holiday 🌞

Lovely clean and well equipped Villa in a quiet residential location. 6 adults and 2 children. Easy walk down to the sea. Maria stocked us up with loads of essentials and a big bowl of fresh fruit. La Terraza restaurant/bar is lovely and the Spar and bus stop is just at the bottom of the hill. Old Town Alcúdia and the Marina area with sandy beach are just a short bus journey away. Market day is Tuesday in Alcúdia old town - lovely crafts, food, clothes and handbags 👍

Amazing

My family and I rented villa for 10 night, we had an amazing holiday. The property is ideally located in quiet residential area but within mins walk from beach, short walk to bus stop to go shopping or out for meals in Alcudia. We had 17 year old and two 19year olds with us and there was plenty room for everyone. Pool beautiful, outdoor space lovely had barbecue one evening. Maria our host was very welcoming had fridge filled with milk cheese etc as we arrived late evening. She was available for any queries and very helpful . We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Villa and excellent Host in Maria.

Arrival slightly unusual due my being admitted to hospital early on day we were due to arrive. Maria arranged to stay late to ensure the rest of family were settled in. The excellent A/C and fans helped keep the villa comfortable despite the soaring temperature. Everyone was very pleased with all the facilities and especially when Maria cooked them a traditional meal one evening. Excellent villa wonderful host, what more can you say. Just sorry I missed it.

Perfect

We had the most amazing time. The villa was perfect for our family. It had every amenity possible. The fridge was stocked for our first morning after arriving late. There was a plethora of beach umbrellas, chairs, picnic box, ice blocks and snorkelling equipment. A gym, fully equipped kitchen, immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms. The balconies afford views of the island coastline and sparkling seas. Fresh lemons grow on the trees and perfect veranda and pool set in the lovely garden. Five minutes from a shop, quiet restaurants and the sea front. We hired a car and it was central enough to explore the island. Absolutely perfect. Many thanks to Maria. Everything you could want in Alcanada

Maria is an exceptional host who provided great customer service from the get go. We were a group of 8 friends and we stayed for a week. Maria stocked the fridge and pantry for us and that cold beer after checkin on a Sunday evening was much appreciated. The house is located in a quiet area but only 5 minutes walk down the road to the Spar, Beach, walking path and a few restaurants. From there it is easy to visit Alcudia old town and port, Pollenca (lovely restaurants and options for private or public boat cruises ) and Formentor (a must visit). We made good use of the gas barbecue and the pool and loungers and the air conditioning worked like a charm in all the bedrooms and living spaces. I found the rental very good value for money and am sure you will too.

Beautiful house and great location

From the first minute to the last our stay could not have been better. The house is just beautiful, a wonderful master bedroom with en-suite and balcony, and 3 other double rooms. The living area was comfy and inviting though we spent most time outside around the pool. The pool was great, and got the sun all day. Just a short 2 min walk to the coast. Maria the host was amazing. Great communication, and could not have done more for us. There was so much wonderful food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived and he husband and daughter were there to show us round and answer any questions. Great Wi-Fi, has BBQ, modern appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine with pods. Thank you so much Maria, we will definitely be back!

Relaxed stay in Alcanada

We have recently spent 10 days in this villa, very spacious with 4 double bedrooms and a lovely private pool which we spent most days around. Maria the owner was great and any problems we had we just sent her a message and she dealt with it straightaway. It was great to have plenty of towels including beach towels. Maria left us with fresh fruit and a few fresh groceries in the fridge which we appreciated with arriving late. There is a Spar shop 5 minutes away which we visited everyday for the freshly baked baguettes and croissants. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road which takes you to Alcudia port where there are loads of restaurants. The beach in Alcudia is a sandy beach which is lovely

Lovely Villa, helpful hosts!

We had a lovely stay at Maria’s place. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children. Maria had kindly left some groceries in the fridge for our arrival which was very kind. The villa was very well equipped and clean. Beds were also comfortable and the air conditioning very effective which was very good as it was extremely hot when we were there and even a dip in the pool didn’t help as the sun had warmed up the pool water! The pool is also saline treated and not chlorinated. Maria and her husband were very helpful and easy to make contact with and very responsive. The location is very nice but a little quiet. The beach is a short walk but this is not a sandy beach. There are also only a couple of restaurants and bars. The Spar shop is very close (5 minutes walk) but you do need to be able to get to a supermarket if you want to self-cater and so we hired a car which was quite expensive. However, there is a great basement garage at the property so very easy to park. We would definitely come back as we had a great time!.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung.Maria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kümmert. Absolut schnelle und problemlose Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Es war sogar eine Grundausstattung an Essen, wie Obst, Toast, Butter, Milch, Kaffee, etc. vorhanden.Vielen Dank Maria!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Es entspricht ziemlich genau den Beschreibungen, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Maria ist als Vermieterin sehr angenehm, steht bei Fragen sofort zur Verfügung, lässt einen aber ansonsten in Ruhe. Sehr nett war der gefüllte Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung mit allem, was man für den ersten Tag benötigt, inkl. Willkommen-Bier und -Wein :-)

Ostern in Alcanada

Wir verbrachten eine Woche über Ostern in der traumhaften Villa. Der Kontakt zu Maria war super. Als wir spät abends ankamen, fanden wir einen gefüllten Kühlschrank und einen riesigen Obstkorb vor. Sogar leckere Empanadas zu Ostern standen bereit. Vielen lieben Dank Maria!Die Villa war perfekt für zwei Familen mit Teenagern. Alles war super sauber, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super. Für uns war auch die Lage sehr gut. Wir sind von der Villa bis zum Platja des Coll Baix gewandert. Alcudia und Pollença sind schnell erreichbar.Wir kommen wieder:-)
