Apartment Zodiac

This apartment with a communal pool is ideal for a family holiday with children. The location is very good, just 100 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of white sand (Alcudia beach), and just a few metres away you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It has 2 bedrooms, one with bunk beds and an extra bed, and the other with a double bed. A large living room next to the kitchen and a large terrace where you can have breakfast. It also has a large garden where you can sunbathe on a sun lounger, read a book or play with the children.
Just a few metres away there are supermarkets where you can do your shopping. There are also shops, bars and restaurants. 2 km away is the Alcudia water park where you can spend a fantastic day with the family. And the historic centre of Alcudia is 2 km away, known for its walls. Playa de Muro is 3 km away... You can also visit the Formentor beach with its spectacular lighthouse, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The city of Alcudia is known for its spectacular wall and a traditional market where you can buy fruits and vegetables. Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.

A great place for a young family holiday with all the essentials you need. We loved how quiet it was and that we didn’t have to fight for space in the pool. We also enjoyed walking to the beach, going for a drink at the port and renting a car to explore the island. Thanks again for hosting us! 😌

Spacious appartment with a mould problem

The flat is large and in a good location. Equipment in order - there are basic things available. The water flow under the shower is bad - at certain times it was difficult to shower as the water was hardly running. The mattresses in the beds are comfortable. The entire property is well maintained. The flat is unfortunately in need of renovation as mould has developed on the wall in the bedroom. The flat had the smell of an old flat and there were a lot of air fresheners around to mask the strange smell. It was only after a few days that we were able to identify the source of the smell and found that there were 2 large patches of mould on the bedroom wall. I informed the agency of this but we were ignored on the pretext of being informed of the problem too late. I was hoping for at least some redress in the form of a refund of part of the rental amount but we were ignored. Apparently the landlord managed to remove the mould in a few hours after we left, so it was considered that there was no problem and it is kind of our fault that we did not inform the agency about the mould on the first day. As mentiomed above - it took few days to discover the issue so it is just a ridiculous allegation. Very dissapointing and dishonest behaviour. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Gute, ruhige Lage. Pool hatten wir fast immer für uns allein. Restaurants, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Geräumige Wohnung. Schön, dass z.B. Spüli und die wichtigsten Gewürze vorhanden waren. Defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend durch eine nagelneue ersetzt. Kleiner Minuspunkt: leider nur spanische TV Sender
