"Blue Palm Beach" is a beautiful modernized apartment with full sea views, next to the beautiful Port of Alcudia known for its long pier. Two people will be able to enjoy pleasant holidays in a luxury and comfortable apartment.

The apartment has been created and decorated with great taste and affection, providing a very welcoming atmosphere. The living room with integrated kitchen is spacious and Mediterranean, its wide windows provide natural light throughout the day. In the luxury kitchen, you will find all the necessary utensils to enjoy culinary moments as a couple.

The apartment has a room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

In the spacious balcony furnished with tables and chairs, you will be able to observe the sunrise over the sea or the sunset over the mountains, enjoy a good breakfast in the morning, sunbathe during the day or enjoy romantic nights.

The apartment is located in Puerto de Alcudia, a long promenade of boats where you will find restaurants, leisure shops, supermarkets... Puerto de Alcudia is known for its large white sandy beach of over 10 km in length. Everything necessary for perfect holidays is just a few metres from the property.

Habe 2 Wo dort verbracht. Da i Homeoffice arbeite konnte i die super Lage u die tolle Lage geniessen. Das Internet war spitze. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber, Hand-u. Badetücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für Alles. Die Matratze ist nicht besonders bequem. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Ideal Property Majorca was extremely attentive to a question I had during my stay (there weren’t many). Furthermore, the property itself was extremely clean, well stocked, and ideally located in the heart of Port d Alcudia. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for that sized property if they plan to venture to the area.

Eingang von der Straße etwas unscheinbar in ein Gebäude mit mehreren (Ferien-)Wohnungen, über einen sehr kleinen Aufzug o. die Treppe gelangt man den 3. Stock. Die Fewo liegt mit Blickrichtung Süden über den Hafen & die Bucht direkt an der Promenade. Der Balkon lädt auch im Herbst noch zum Frühstück & Abendessen in der Sonne ein. Tolle Ausstattung in der Küche & sehr schnelles Breitband Internet! Kleiner Supermarkt mit dem Wichtigsten quer über die Straße, viele gute Restaurants direkt um die Ecke Die zwei einzigen Punkte, die man beachten sollte sind zum einen die vielen Restaurants mit großem Außenbereich direkt unter der Wohnung (vorm Schlafzimmerfenster), welche bis spät abends (23-24h) noch eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse haben. Nicht dramatisch laut, aber deutlich wahrnehmbar. Zum anderen waren Ende Nov. kaum Straßenparkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar, es gibt aber kostenlose Parkplätze etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Die schnelle Abwicklung bei Ankunft. Die Lage der Wohnung. Alles war perfekt. Ein kleines Wäschegestell auf dem Balkon zum trocknen der Badebekleidung wäre eine nette Ergänzung. Sonst war wirklich alles vorhanden.

Un pack de bienvenue nous attendaient à notre arrivée. L'appartement est propre et le lit est confortable. Le balcon donne sur une vue magnifique sur le port, génial pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour confortable. La communication avec les hôtes était claire et réactive. Les hôtes sont aimables, ils avaient accepté notre demande pour quitter l’appartement à midi au lieu de 10h.

Bellissimo appartamento che affaccia sul porto di alcudia. L’alloggio è grande e ben disposto, si trova anche davanti ad un supermercato! Soggiorno e host impeccabili, ci hanno fatto trovare anche il latte e il caffè per la colazione, due bottiglie di vino e degli snack per l’aperitivo! Eccezionale! Consigliatissimo

Angefangen von der Lage, vom Service, Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers, Sauberkeit,... wir sind überwältigt! Die Unterkunft ist zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen. Von A bis Z hat alles gepasst. Ich war noch nie in so einer gut ausgestatteten Unterkunft. Von Netflix-Fernsehen über Bügeleisen bis Basics im Küchenschrank. Auch genügend Handtücher. Super sauber, Gastgeber super lieb und zuvorkommend am Telefon und zu später Uhrzeit noch erreichbar für eine spontane Änderung. Danke dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Alles perfekt :-)

Lage ist zentral und strandnah. Wir hätten es Abends gerne etwas ruhiger gehabt. War aber bei der zentralen Lage klar, dass viele Leute unterwegs sind. Aber ansonsten sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage genial. Bei Ankunft, besonders nachts, 1 Flasche Wasser bereitstellen. Weiterhin wäre es sinnvoll, vor allem bei einem längeren Aufenthalt, einen Staubsauger zur Verfügung zu haben.

The apartment is lovely and very clean although having no microwave for heating up hot food as I’m disabled lady, my dinner gets cold easily. Apart of that no problem. The owner of apartment sorted it out the lift probs immediately

Aufgrubd der lage, der erreicharket aller für den täglichen bedarf nötigen geschäfte und einrichtungen kAnn man in dieser sauberen und Hellen wohnung auch zu corona zeiten gut überleben. Würden zu "friedenszeiten" gerne widerkommen. Wartung der abflüsse durch fachfirma im badezimmer erforderlich!

Wir durften eine Woche im Januar 2020 hier zu Gast sein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft und könnte nicht besser sein. Direkter Ausblick auf den Hafen und auf das Meer. Diesen Blick werden wir vermissen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert und wir wurden mit allen Infos versorgt (in deutscher Sprache). In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Kaffeevollautomat, Toaster, Töpfe und Pfannen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Beim eintreffen in der Wohnung hat sogar eine kleine Schachtel Pralinen, eine Flasche Sekt und ein Orangensaft auf uns "gewartet". Auch ist die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Auch der kostenlose große Parkplatz liegt nur 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir möchten uns für eine schöne Woche bedanken und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Viele liebe Grüße Martina Aftim & Thomas Rau

Die Lage des Objektes ist super. Direkt am Hafen und nahe gelegenen Strand. Das Objekt befindet sich in der 3. Etage (mit Fahrstuhl) und man hat einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für die Woche benötigt. Gerne wieder :-)
